Tonnarelli cacio&pepe


"Cacio e pepe" is a typical recipe of Lazio region. The name literally means "cheese and pepper". The ingredients are of course black pepper, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, and tonnarelli (pasta). We boil the tonnarelli and then we add the cheese and the black pepper. Our chef's special touch: a little hot, cooking water that makes the cheese melt and combine with the pasta.
