Passatelli ai funghi porcini


Passatelli is a type of hand-made pasta, made of bread crumbs, eggs, cheese, lemon and nutmeg. It is typical of Le Marche (Ma Che Buoni's region!), but our neghbours in Umbria and Emilia Romagna love it as well as we do.
