Garganelli speck e zucchine


Garganelli is a type of egg-pasta formed by rolling a flat, square noodle into a cylindrical shape. They are typical of the southern part of Emilia-Romagna region, where the tradition of hand-made egg-pasta is particularly strong.
In this recipe, we combined garganelli with fresh cream, zucchini and speck. We suggest you enjoy it with a good red wine.
