Bucatini all'amatriciana

Have you ever tried bucatini? They are similar to spaghetti, but bigger and with a hole inside. The sauce is amazing: tomatoes, pork meat and cheese.
This recipe is from the small village of Amatrice, in the heart of the Appenines. Amatrice was partially destroied by the strong earthquake in 2016, if you are planning a trip to Italy, you should definetly visit it and support local economy. The landscape is beautiful, the food amazing.

Meanwhile, we suggest you enjoy a good plate of bucatini Ma Che Buoni with a glass of red wine.
