What data do we collect?
Pranzo Express collects the following data:
Information that you provide to us such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address and any feedback you give to us, including by phone, email, post, or when you communicate with us via social media or the Ma Che Buoni community;
Information about the products and services that we provide to you (including for example, the things we have provided to you, when and where, what you paid, and the way you use our products and services);
Information you give to us when you enter a competition or promotion on Ma Che Buoni;
Information you provide to us when you complete a survey, quiz, questionnaire or review submission;
Your account login details for our services, including your user name and chosen password;
Information about when you sign up to receive any of our newsletters or marketing communications and whether or not you want to receive any associated marketing communications from us;
Information you provide to us when purchasing any product or service from us.
Information you provide us when you communicate with us via all channels and methods e.g. via email, telephone, SMS, letter and live chat;

Further, we may collect health related data of customers that claim damages via our customer helpline. We will only use health data you voluntarily provide to us and such only with your prior consent or under your direction to do so and only for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Ma Che Buoni with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email, or on social media or the Alimento community.
Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?
Ma Che Buoni collects your data so that we can:
Process your order and manage your account.
Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
Analytics and profiling - we use your personal information for statistical analysis and to help us understand more about our customers. That includes understanding the products and services you buy, the manner in which you consume them, how you shop across Ma Che Buoni and by creating profiles about you. Ma Che Buoni does not use automated decision-making technology in conjunction with your personal data.

For the performance of our agreement with you: In order to carry out our obligations arising from any contract entered into between you and us and to provide you with the products and services that you request, including handling your requests, inquiries or complaints. In order to develop and manage a contest, competition or promotion which you may have entered, to conduct the promotion and contact you if you win. Where you order products, we process your personal data in order to manage and handle your purchases.
For our legitimate commercial interests: We may use your personal data (both on an aggregated and on an individual basis), such as your contact details, your account and electronic identification data, for the purpose of advertising our products and services and making contact with you for marketing or other commercial purposes if you are an existing customer. We may also use your personal data for analysing and improving the quality of our products and services, as well as to understand you as a customer and to give you a better user experience. How do we store your data?

For example, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including contact information and financial data) for seven years after they cease being customers.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Furthermore, we contractually ensure that any third party processing your personal data equally provides for confidentiality and integrity of your data.

Marketing Communications
When you sign up to receive marketing communications or newsletters, we will only use the information you provide to send you information about products, services, promotions of ours that we think you might like.
You are offered the option to ‘opt in’ to receiving these marketing communications when you complete the checkout journey on Ma Che Buoni, you do not have to opt in to receive our products and services.

Sharing your personal information
We will share your personal information with recipients who expressly have the need to know it in order to perform their responsibilities when dealing with and completing your requests or orders. These include but are not limited to:
Delivery Partners - Ma Che Buoni trusted partners undertaking the delivery of orders to your home or nominated address. Our main delivery partner is DHL, with whom we will share data in order to deliver and track your order. Technology Partners - Ma Che Buoni has a number of approved technology and IT partners that help keep our website and services secure and up to date across areas such as website development and maintenance, hosting, customer experience and email services. All technology partners are contractually bound to protect and keep any personal data they have access to confidential for the period that they require it for and for the use as instructed by Ma Che Buoni
Payment Service Partners - Alimento uses PayPay and Stripe to collect and process your credit card information. They are the data controller in that regard and will not share your credit card information with Alimento.
We may also share your personal data with the following parties:
Court orders and other legal requirements. We will disclose your personal data if disclosure is required by law or in the context of an investigation, regulatory requirement, judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on us or to protect the rights or safety of the website, us or our affiliated companies.
Corporate transaction. In addition, information about our customers, including personal data, may be disclosed as part of any merger, sale, divesture, reorganisation, transfer of assets, acquisition, bankruptcy or similar event.
